To maintain eligibility and receive incentive payments, teachers will be periodically verified as continuously employed at least 30 hours per week, working directly with children ages birth – 5 and remaining employed at the site where they initially registered for participation in VQB5. Individual site leaders will be requested to confirm this information prior to the disbursement of funds.
Below is the anticipated schedule for this year.
Payments to eligible teachers are processed on a rolling basis, pending review of completed employment verification and teachers' successful submission of their W9 form.
Any sites that have not provided employment verification reporting to RecognizeB5 within 30 days of the initial submission deadline will have reports administratively closed resulting in teacher ineligibility by default.
